'Radiance' - Story of Hue debut exhibition
It’s taken me a few days to process all the feelings that came with the opening of 'Radiance’ at Manning Regional Gallery at the weekend. Having a collection of my work hang in a public institution is a huge milestone for me as an artist and I’m so honoured and beyond proud to have been a part of this very special exhibition.
Walking in to a packed gallery, seeing my work hanging in such a space was thrilling. Made even more so by sharing this moment with the other Story of Hue artists an insanely talented group of women.

Getting to spend time with each other chat endlessly about art making and creative life was an absolute highlight. I came home buzzing and feeling empowered and excited for the future.
Thank you to our founder and curator Jessie Beard who had the spark of an idea, turned it into a vision and brought it to life. Your heartfelt speech was everything.
The catalogue can be viewed here. All works can be purchased directly through the gallery at art.gallery@midcoast.nsw.gov.au or phone 02 7955 7074.
